Aneka Johnston is an accomplished A&R Executive, Artist Manager, Creative Director, and entertainment entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience discovering talent, developing artists, and building brands. As the Founder and CEO of Last Queen Entertainment, she has dedicated her career to identifying emerging talent and guiding artists through every stage of their careers—from artist development and branding to music distribution, marketing, live performance, and strategic business growth. Aneka’s journey began as a recording artist and songwriter, giving her a unique understanding of the creative process and the realities artists face.

Her experience on both sides of the industry allows her to develop artists with an authentic, hands-on approach while helping them define their sound, image, stage presence, and long-term vision. A graduate of The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with a Bachelor’s degree, Aneka built her foundation through hands-on experience in radio, music production, television, and entertainment. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside respected industry professionals, contributed to artist development, songwriting, and creative direction, and cultivated an extensive network across music, media, and entertainment. Known for her exceptional eye for detail and creative vision, Aneka has built a reputation for transforming raw talent into polished brands.

Her expertise extends beyond music, encompassing artist branding, visual storytelling, live show production, marketing strategy, and business development.
