Lars Falck

Managing Director, AMG Music ApS

Lars Falck leads AMG's European operations from Copenhagen, bringing nearly three decades of experience across music production, artist development, publishing, licensing, and label management.

A respected Danish record executive, gold and platinum mix engineer, and founder of Baby Factory Recording Studio, Lars has worked with internationally renowned artists including Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas, Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown, OneRepublic, Ice Cube, Sean Kingston, Volbeat, Helene Fischer, The Script, and hundreds of other recording projects.

Throughout his career, Lars has held senior roles with EMI Music, Warner Music Group, Apollo Music, and Capella Music, where he specialized in artist development, music supervision, publishing, licensing, and production consulting. His experience spans both major labels and independent music companies, giving AMG's European clients access to an extensive network throughout the international music industry.

As Managing Director of AMG Music ApS, Lars oversees European client management while supporting global business development, creative partnerships, music publishing, licensing opportunities, and international project coordination.
